M&W Kollektivet is responsible for the information you provide when booking an appointment. This page explains what we store, why, for how long — and what you can require.

What we store, and why

We never ask for health information, and it must not be entered into any field in the solution.
How long
Information about customers who have not visited us for a long time is removed automatically after the salon's retention period — 36 months by default. The history remains without name and contact details.
Who can see them
Only the salon's own staff. In addition we use providers who send email and SMS on our behalf, operate the server and handle payment. They process the information only on our instructions.
Your rights
- Find out what we have stored about you, and get a copy
- Have anything incorrect corrected
- Have information we no longer need deleted
- Opt out of reminders about a new appointment
- Complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority if you believe we are doing something wrong
Get in touch with the salon and we will sort it out. You will receive a reply within 30 days.
